Are you a hands-on and detailed specific person that finds satisfaction in finishing tasks well? Do you look for ways to improve a process or system to make it easier for customers to do business with us? Do you enjoy digging into the numbers?

This opportunity is 25% about handling local print production tasks and 75% working with your teammates and our customers for advertisement scheduling, placement and service.

The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of skills, be friendly, numbers driven, and a self-starter that takes the initiative to work with the team to make magic happen.

This Position Includes

· Communicating with teammates, graphic designers, manager and Publishers to serve and engage with our many customers (we now serve both Colorado and Utah.)

· Working within a well connected group of systems for sales support, scheduling and gathering data for company key metrics.

· The design and operations teams are the core of preparing our magazines for press 13x annually - yes, 6 magazines every time. We enjoy our deadlines, but we also enjoy leaving on time.

· Always being an ambassador for our brand while on the phone, in person, by text and email or perhaps at an industry event. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

· Enjoying a collaborative and supportive company culture.

· Experienced with Excel and Google Sheets and above average in other Microsoft and Goolge resources. Ability to create reports and analyze data. Understanding of dates and schedule logistics.

We Prefer

· Demonstrated experience with basic and intermediate scheduling principles, ideally in a magazine, media, home improvement or related field. Many skills from other industries will apply. We train, set clear guidelines and achievable goals.

· Experience scheduling or "trafficing" media schedules for business customers.

· A team player who is always pleasant with staff and customers even when the deadline pressure is on.

· Enjoys working with the numbers. Accurate in data entry and data mining.

· Ability to prioritize, multi task, manage your time and stay organized. Capacity to thrive in a high volume and deadline driven environment.

· Strong work ethic and a desire to improve our business.

· A person located in South Denver Metro area.

This position is intended to primarily work in the office where the operations team is located. We do allow as needed work from home especially during inclement weather conditions.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
